Campfire Night Lab creates an atmospheric nighttime campfire scene with volumetric fire, drifting ember particles, and rising smoke. The shader combines procedural fire simulation with particle effects and ambient lighting to produce a warm, immersive scene.
The fire is rendered using layered noise-based volumetric density with a physically-motivated color gradient from white-hot core through yellow and orange flames to dark red at the edges. Blackbody radiation coloring maps temperature to color. Ember particles are launched from the fire's surface with ballistic trajectories, cooling from bright orange to dull red as they rise and fade. Smoke columns use FBM turbulence with wind advection above the flame.
The scene includes warm firelight illumination on surrounding elements with light falloff, creating the characteristic warm-cool contrast of a campfire at night. Interactive controls adjust flame intensity, wind, ember count, and smoke density.
